FUNDAMENTALS IS A MANDATORY 3 HOUR CLASS FOR MEMBERS LOOKING TO JOIN CROSSFIT. THIS CLASS WILL TEACH YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE JUMPING INTO YOUR FIRST CLASS.

THIS IS A ONE TIME $150 PAYMENT THAT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF SIGN UP. PLUS IT GOES TOWARDS YOUR FIRST MONTHS MEMBERSHIP.
